August has arrived and the Hummingbirds are enjoying the warmer weather. They have sucked down almost 50 gallons of 'nectar' so far this year! In our back yard (outside the dining room) we've got two fawns learning to enjoy the Sugar Tree's hospitality.. they really are cute....
We just finished up a very busy weekend and are looking ahead to Labor Day Weekend when we will be offering a third night at 1/2 price special. We always book up this weekend so why not get the room you want for three nights and save enough for a nice dinner! See our Specials page for details.

Oh, it would be great to be there! The days and nights here in SC are finally cooling down. We are staying mostly in the 80s, and weather like this makes us think of going to Sugar Tree. We are trying to firm up plans, and we hope to see you in October.
